Shipping and Returns

Free standard shipping in Australia

All Australian deliveries are free of charge. For now we only deliver to cities in Australia. If you are from outside Australia and would like your country to be added to our shipping zones in the future, please send us an email to hello@luminousassembly.com.au

Once an order is made, you will receive an email setting out the estimated delivery date. An estimate of our approximate delivery timings is shown bellow.

Hobart 1 -3 business days
Melbourne 1 - 2 business days

Easy returns - Returns Policy

Whilst we love the way our heels fit and feel, the most important thing to us is that you feel the same way.

Subject to the below, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will refund the full amount of your purchase after you return the shoes to us within 15 days after the date that your shoes have been delivered to you. 

In order to receive a full refund, the returned shoes must be unworn and be in perfect condition and returned to us with the original undamaged packaging. 

There are two options for shipping your shoes back to us:

1) We will be happy to arrange for a courier to pick them up from your address for a flat fee of AU$12 for all Australian major cities. 

2) Alternatively, you can go to your local Australia Post and pay for your own shipping directly with them. 

What you need to do in either case:

* Send us an email to returns@luminousassembly.com.au with your order number, your contact details, the reason for your return and finally letting us know if you want to post the shoes back through your own means or if you want us to arrange the courier for you for a flat free of AU$12. 

* We will aim to respond to you within 3 business days. 

* If you have chosen your own posting methods, we will  notify you of our preferred returns address. Provided that our returns criteria are met, we will refund your purchase promptly after we have received the shoes back from you. 

* If you have chosen our courier service, please send through full address of where you want the shoes collected from and include any comments to help our courier pick them up. Once we have received a request for the return of our products, we will send you an A4 label for you to print and will book a courier to pick up the parcel 1 or 2 business days later. All you have to do is print the label and firmly attached to the front of the box. Do not resize, shrink or edit the label in anyway. And make sure the label's barcode is clear, not blurry or smudged. Provided that our returns criteria are met, we will refund your purchase (minus the AU$12) promptly after we have received the shoes back from you.
