Fit & Style Notes:

Measure your foot length (mm): Stand with your heel against the wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure heel-to-toe in mm (measure both feet and use the longer one)
Width/fit: All our shoes are designed for a standard fit (B width). We've had customers with wider feet share that the our boots, the Maya Pumps and Alba Mules feel roomier and comfortable too.
Pumps (Maya vs Ella): Both styles are pointed-toe pumps, but they don't feel identical. Ella pumps (mid heel) fit more true-to-size/snugger in length than Maya Pumps (high heel). If you're between sizes or have longer toes, we recommend sizing up in Ella. Maya can feel a little roomier in length so if you are between sizes we recommend sizing down in Maya.
Boots: Our boots generally fit well with or without socks. If you're between sizes and plan to wear thicker winter socks, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. We recommend wearing socks with our boots.
Sandals: Most of our sandals and mules have adjustable straps. If you're between sizes (or your usual size is out of stock), you can often size up and adjust the straps for a secure fit. If you have narrower feet and prefer a more secure feel, you may prefer to size down.
Peace of mind: We offer 30-day returns and exchanges, so if your size isn't quite right, we'll help you swap it.

Our shoes use Australian women's sizing (AU) and are generally true to size (choose what you normally wear). If you're between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.
