Easy Returns

We’ve made returns simple with our new portal:

  • Chose “Checkout+ Free Returns” ($3.80 at checkout)? You’ll get a free return label.

  • Didn’t choose it? You’ll need to cover postage, but you’ll still be able to request a refund, store credit, or exchange (per our policy).

Fit & Break-in Tips

Most leather shoes mould to your feet with wear. Try this before returning:

  • Break them in: Wear briefly with socks at home.

  • Too tight? Try in the morning. Painfully tight → size up. Slightly tight → they’ll stretch.

  • Too big? Whole finger gap → size down. Small gap → try heel grips/insoles.

  • Full price: Refund, credit, or exchange (shipping not refundable).

  • Sale items: Store credit only.

  1. Return within 30 days (unworn, original packaging).
