  • Returns are for unworn shoes only, please do the indoor fit check before wearing outside.

Weā€™ve made returns simple with our new portal:

  • Chose ā€œCheckout+ Free Returnsā€ ($4.80 at checkout)? Youā€™ll get a free return label.

  • Didnā€™t choose it? Youā€™ll need to cover postage, but youā€™ll still be able to request a refund, store credit, or exchange (per our policy).

Fit & Break-in Tips

Most leather shoes mould to your feet with wear. Even comfortable shoes can cause a blister in the first few wears if there's friction in one spot (foot shape +movement + sweat + fit). Try this before returning:Ā 

  • Quick fit check (indoors): Walk around for 5-10 minutes and check for the shoe fit inside or any rubbing at toes/straps before wearing them outside.

  • Break them in: Wear for short period at home (thick socks can help).Ā 

  • Blister prevention: Blister patches, toe protectors, or moleskin tape can make a big difference in the first few wears.Ā 

  • Too tight? Try in the morning. Painfully tight ā†’ size up. Slightly snug ā†’ leather will soften and give with wear.Ā 

  • Too big? Whole finger gap ā†’ size down. Small gap ā†’ try heel grips/insoles
